The Executive Assistant for Executive Coaches

Hand me everything in your business that doesn’t need you.

I’m Corina – an Executive Assistant who works with coaches and service-based business owners. I take the operational side of your business off your plate, so you can spend your days doing the work only you can do.

Does this sound familiar?

You open your laptop and immediately feel behind.

  • There are three client emails you’ve been meaning to answer since Tuesday.
  • An invoice you forgot to send.
  • A proposal sitting unsigned because nobody followed up.
  • Your next cohort starts in six weeks and you haven’t touched the registration page.

None of it is hard. It’s just endless. And it’s all sitting in your head at once.

You’ve probably told yourself you’ll catch up this weekend. You’ve probably told yourself that before.

Most coaches underestimate what an Executive Assistant can take

When people picture an Executive Assistant, they picture inbox and calendar.

That’s the starting line, not the job.

I’m Corina. I spent thirteen years as an Executive Assistant to people at the very top – directors at the Pentagon, partners at a large corporate law firm, and a corporate vice president at Microsoft. Now I do that for coaches.

I onboard your clients. I run your cohorts. I handle the logistics of your retreats, the follow-ups on your proposals, the invoicing you keep forgetting, the CRM you’ve never quite kept current. I build the systems underneath all of it so your business runs the same way whether you’re in it that day or not.

Most of what’s overwhelming you right now doesn’t actually require you. It requires someone who’s paying very close attention.

That’s the part I’m good at.

More about me

Here’s what changes

You open your laptop and there’s a briefing waiting.

Here’s what was handled. Here’s what’s in motion. Here’s the one thing that needs you.

  • Your clients got their follow-ups.
  • Your invoices went out on time.
  • Someone chased the unsigned proposal.
  • The cohort registration is already built, and it’s good.

You stop being the bottleneck in your own business.

And the mental list you’ve been carrying – the one that wakes you up at 2am – finally belongs to someone else.

Plant the seeds now

An Executive Assistant is an investment that keeps growing.

The first few weeks are the quiet part… I’m learning your business and getting the systems in the ground. Then it starts to show. Follow-ups go out on their own. The hours you get back go to your clients, to the offer you’ve been meaning to launch, to actual rest.

Give it a season, and your business is growing in ways it couldn’t while everything depended on you.

“One of the things I appreciated most was her ability to take ownership of projects and help bring structure to the many moving pieces that come with running a growing business.”

How it works

  1. One

    A conversation

Thirty minutes. You tell me what’s on your plate, and I’ll tell you honestly what I’d recommend.

  2. Two

    A proposal

Exactly what I’m taking on, exactly what it costs, and when it starts.

  3. Three

    Onboarding

A kickoff call. I learn your tools, your preferences, and what “done well” looks like to you.

  4. Four

    It starts running

Your inbox gets triaged before you open it. Follow-ups and invoices go out on time. Every week, a briefing: what I handled, what’s in progress, what needs you.

You stay in the part only you can do. I’ll hold the rest.
