I spent thirteen years as an Executive Assistant to people at the very top – directors at the Pentagon, partners at a large corporate law firm, and a corporate vice president at Microsoft. High-stakes rooms where the details were never optional and nobody had time to explain things twice.
What I learned there is simple. The people who move fastest aren’t the ones doing everything themselves. They’ve just stopped holding everything in their heads.
Now I do that for coaches.
I’ve spent enough time in this world to know how a coaching business actually works – the rhythm of a cohort, what a client needs between sessions, why your proposals keep sitting unsigned, where the hours quietly disappear. You shouldn’t have to explain your own business to the person supporting it.
Most of my clients are warm, genuine people who bring their whole selves to their work and are wonderful at it. They’re also, often, not the most detail-oriented people in the room – and they know it. That’s where I come in. You stay in the part only you can do. I’ll hold the rest.
I keep my roster small on purpose. If we work together, you’re not one of thirty.
